Swimming Pool and Poolside Cabana The Bay View Beach House has a 25 x 12 foot swimming pool, built and maintained to international standards. Adjoining the larger pool is a children's wading area separated by a large net from the main pool for safety purposes. The swimming area is floodlit by night. Changing rooms are situated by the poolside cabana. The swimming pool, poolside cabana and the bar/grill area is yet another place in Bay View Beach House to kick back and enjoy a drink or a snack and take a dip in the warm waters that are prevalent all year round in Chennai.       Living Room The Bay View Beach House has a large spacious living room with a patio overlooking the Bay of Bengal . The living room is equipped with an entertainment system and a small library of books. The living room is wonderful place to sit back with friends or simply relax and read a book while overlooking the ocean and enjoying the wonderful sea breeze.     Bay View Beach House Terrace The Bay View Beach House boasts a 2000+ square foot terrace with a furnished bar that offers stunning panoramic views of the East Bay. The Bay View Beach House Terrace is well lit by night and is an ideal place for holding parties and has served as a dance floor on numerous occasions. From the terrace one can enjoy the cool sea breeze or simply watch the sun rise and the sunset or simply enjoy a fun filled evening sipping a cocktail under the moonlit skies.   Dining Area A large spacious dining room adjoins the living room and overlooks the Bay of Bengal . The dining is equipped with a refrigerator, basic Tupperware and other amenities. The dining area also adjoins a large kitchen and is a great place to entertain guests, hold banquets etc. Kitchen This is one of the kitchens that adjoins the Dining area and is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, cooking utensils, gas stove and other amenities. A large pantry room adjoins the kitchen. A Cook can be provided. Would require advance notification.
